Oregon

Day 1:

Oregon has always been one of my favorite places to be. Heck, this is where my journey began. Oregon made me realize that I should pursue photography as not only a hobby but as a career. This place has such a different vibe to what Im usually accustomed to here in Socal thats why I had to come back.

I started the trip in motion. The whole plane ride (with the whole row to myself might I say) I was planning the entire trip from contacting people to researching intriguing spots to go explore to looking at foodie accounts based in Portland to see where ill be eating next. One of the people that I got to get in touch with was Justin (@_justinBarrow on instagram). He has one of the most epic pups named Banjo, who proves that not only are dogs mans best friends, they also make the best adventure buddies. I was amazed on how agile and quick to recognize the trail Banjo was. As you can see by the pics below, he was practically everywhere around the waterfall which made for extraordinary shots. Justins enviable adventures has earned him some pretty epic shots of PNW's most prodigious waterfalls as well. Im glad he was able to show me this epic waterfall while I was in Oregon. He also just recently created an instagram for banjo himself: @banjothered. Justin obviously runs the account so Banjo can spend more time doing what he does best: Exploring the Oregon Wilderness.
